03/09/24 Gathering: A Bride in Army Boots

Worship:

Do not despise the little things.

During worship this week, a child was drawing pictures. She drew a picture, gave it to her mom-mom, and then she briefly described the meaning of the picture. As the child continued to draw picture after picture handing them all to her grandmother, the child’s grandmother was given the revelation that these pictures were prophetic pieces that spoke to the corporate church; So, she shared them as the music came to a close.

The drawings and their interpretation:

First, there was a drawing of the church praying. Church Pray!  Next, was a drawing of the earth shaking. God is breaking the fallow ground.  After, there was a drawing that the child described as God’s pleasure for his Children. Then, she drew a picture of rain and, lastly, a drawing of the rainbow. God is sending the rain, and He is faithful to keep his promise.

Then Pastor Jonathon stood to confirm the word given by sharing what he saw during worship. He said,” During worship, I saw huge raindrops coming toward us.”

Led into Prayer: LORD, open my eyes so that I can see the little things. That I would hear your whisper before your voice becomes loud. That I would know your heartbeat before your presence comes – that I do not despise the little things.

Teaching:

Questions to ponder: Is God Good? Is God good to you? Was God there with you in the rough, dark or uncertain times? Was He there in the good times?

God doesn’t leave, even though we may wander from Him.

God is saying experience Him in the now, not what happened last week or some other past experience. When we walk in covenant with Him and in His truth we can feel Him, know him, experience him, and we can hear Him. This is eternal life. Eternal life is not doing the church thing, or networking thing, or the latest project thing. Eternal life is about knowing God. Knowing God eliminates every evil work no matter how difficult the situation is. God’s word will change our perspective on a situation. Jesus is the lover of our soul and when we walk with Jesus and hear His word, He puts our soul at rest because we know Him.

Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4

There is a difference between the logos and rhema word. Logos is the message. Rhema is the communication of the message. God speaks to us through his written word, and he speaks to us directly. God is always speaking to us, and He gives us His perfect attention. The moment we begin speaking to Him, He is there. The moment you have something to say, His ears perk up. God desires for us to live in the moment of the Word, like the spontaneity of conversation between friends.

If we live in the logos word alone, we are living a religious life. There is a cost that is paid to hear the voice of our King. We are asked to yield to His voice, and to surrender to Him. We must learn to be uncomfortable and be stretched because sometimes the voice of God will mess up what we have planned.

For us to become the Kingdom of God on Earth, we must receive the revelation that the King has come in us, and He has come to bring His domain upon us and through us. His reign upon this earth will break the powers of darkness. Jesus came to destroy the works of darkness. When Jesus was on the cross, Jesus declared “It is finished!”

Prophetic Word: The houses of God that are willing to surrender wilk become less religious and church-y and instead will become family. It is then that the spirit of God will move greater. There is power in agreement.

Ye that fear the Lord, trust in the Lord: He is their help and their shield. The Lord hath been mindful of us: He will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron. He will bless them that fear the Lord, both small and great. Psalm 115: 11-13

“The Lord is mindful of us” (Psalm 115:12) and Holy Spirit is looking to give us revelation of Christ and His righteousness so that we can be blessed. God wants to bless His children.

The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children. Ye are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth. The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord's: but the earth hath he given to the children of men. Psalm 115: 14-16

The Lord wants to increase His house. God is sovereign, but he is not in complete control. For Example, in the Garden of Eden God had laid out the plan, but he gave the garden to Adam and Eve to tend. God set forth a government/ a system of things for us to follow as we tend the Earth: Seed, Time, and Harvest. What we sow, we will reap. If we sow in righteousness, we will reap in righteousness. Revelation is meant to transform us and transform others – glory to glory.

“And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;” Colossians 2:13

God has made it, through Jesus, that our sins are obliterated. That every sin that hindered us is gone. Jesus crushed the head of the serpent fulfilling the Word of God. When we repent, we are moving from going in the wrong direction to choosing to go the right way. As we walk in the Rhema work of God, the LORD leads us on his path – in His way. Lean in and listen, because if you don’t you will miss something.

Matthew 16:13-20

Jesus took the disciples to Caesarea Philippi, a place that was considered in their culture like hell. In this dark place, Jesus asked the disciples who do you say that I am. Some of the disciples reiterated the narrative of these around them, but Peter heard the Rhema word of God and declared that Jesus is the Messiah. In the darkest of situations, remember whose you are and who God is.

Instructions:

  • Work the Word: Study the Word, Stand on the Word, and Apply the Word

  • Spend more time building up your spirit!

  • Repent! Repentance leads to Restoration. We cannot have revival without repentance.

  • Take off the Institution of the Church. Learn to flow with Holy Spirit.

  • Sow Boldness and you will reap boldness.

  • Seize the moment. Step forward.

  • Pause to listen. Do not fear the silence, instead embrace it, lean in, and listen to the rhema word of God.

  • Call it [sin] for what it is! If you cannot identify it, it still has a hold on you.

  • Be fervent about what you give your attention to.

  • Pray! You learn to care for what you pray for.

  • Decide: Do you want to be part of the Warrior Bride.

Words to Consider:

  • You cannot give what you do not have.

  • You know that you got a revelation when you live it consistently.

  • Warriors engage. We are a warrior bride, not a bride in waiting.

  • God may understand…but He may not agree. The Bride should desire to be in agreement with her King.

  • God has set a structure: Seed, Time, and Harvest. What you sow, you will reap.

  • We are to step out in boldness to bring love to a heart planting the seed.

  • There is an extra responsibility for those in leadership positions.

Be Reminded:

  • Our Father tells us that He knows every hair on our heads. Like the picture of the mother and child, our Father lovingly holds us close while noticing and admiring his sons and daughters. Any sign of distress and the Father desires to bring peace into that situation. We, as we choose to rest in His arms, experience the peace of the Lord. He is near to those who draw near to Him.

  • In the Father’s love for us, he has set boundaries for his children. As children who trust the Father’s love for them, we should joyfully accept those boundaries and if we begins to cross them, we should gratefully accept the Father’s discipline.

PRAISE REPORT:

On Saturday 3/09/24 during our gathering, the church prayed for a young girl from Mullica Township who went missing. She was found on Sunday 3/10/24 at 8:30pm.
